These flowers and vase were custom built as a gift.  I built them out of steel.  They were designed to be hung on the wall.  The flowers are layered and I used actual flower pedals as templates before hand cutting each piece.  They were then formed and finished by hand before welding.  The vase is an open design that stands away from the wall a couple inches.  All the pieces are fully welded and smoothed and the finish is a matte silver.  The steel flowers are the exact size of actual flowers.
