This is an original hand formed metal wall sculpture that was designed and built by me, Richard Walker.  I put an enormous amount of time and effort into these pieces to make sure that they are the finest sculptures that are available anywhere.  Each piece is completely hand cut and precision welded.  As you can see, they are three dimensional.  These sculptures stand off of the wall and are designed to allow light to pass through them.  Another thing you will notice is the finish.  Only the highest quality paints are used.  All the colors are custom mixed and can not be found anywhere else.  Hours are spent painstakingly hand polishing these pieces to a mirror finish.  The depth and clarity of these finishes are unbelievable.  When you take a close look at these pieces you can see how all the time, effort, and high quality materials make these pieces stand apart from all the rest.

Stainless Steel Construction

 Paint Details

Mirror Finish -- The paint is painstakingly polished to a Mirror Finish -- The gloss is so deep that these pieces look Wet

Metallic -- The paint contains tiny metal particles. The colors lighten and darken depending on how much light is hitting them.

Colors are Custom Mixed -- they are not available anywhere else
Wall Mounting -- Indoors

This sculpture comes ready to hang.  Sculptures are designed to be mounted Indoors.  Mounting hardware is included!  All you need is a Hammer to hang these on your wall!

This piece is built entirely out of stainless steel.  It is three dimensional and stands away from the wall about 2.5 to 4.5 inches depending on whether a light is used.  Everything is precision cut and expertly welded together.  I make these pieces as rigid as possible, especially in larger sizes.  There are many welds on the back side of this piece.  The blue sections are painted in automotive grade metallic blue paint.  Only the absolute highest quality materials are used.  The 2 horizontal stainless steel bars are placed about .5 inches in front of the blue background.  On the back side of this piece is a solid stainless steel framework that holds everything together.   

The circular background of this piece is done in an amazing gloss metallic blue.  After spraying the blue, multiple layers of the highest quality  automotive grade clear coat are applied over the entire piece.  There are 7 layers of paint on this piece.  After the paint is cured it literally takes days to hand polish the finish in a 5 stage process.  The finish is amazing.

Lighting Options:  I use a white corded fluorescent tube light to illuminate this design.  I recommend the corded light over battery operated lights.  Batteries do not last very long and the battery operated lights are not as bright as the plug-in versions.  I have also built pieces that can be hard-wired directly so no cord is visible.  

Since these pieces are built to order I can do them in just about any color or color combination.  Just let me know what you would like.

The photos below show a very large unlighted version of this piece that I custom built for a customer.  It measured 42.25 inches wide by 40 inches tall.  It was amazing.  There was a very elaborate stainless steel structure on the backside.  A lot of time went into it but the end result was worth it.
