This is an original hand formed metal sculpture that was designed and built by me, Richard Walker. I put an enormous amount of time and effort into these pieces to make sure that they are the finest sculptures that are available anywhere. Each piece is completely hand cut and precision welded. As you can see, they are three dimensional. This piece is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. I am now building this piece with a black steel base rather than the concrete base that is shown here.

This is one of my favorite indoor / outdoor abstract metal sculpture designs. It is sometimes referred to as the helix design. I first start out with a steel plate base (not shown) that measures about 12" x 12". The steel base is coated in a textured black finish. The center support stainless rod is welded to the steel base. Each piece of stainless steel used in this sculpture is precision cut. The blue and copper pieces are welded to the center stainless rod as well as to each other. It is a very solid design. The blue is a metallic dark blue that has a semi-gloss finish. The copper portions have a textured copper finish that is semi transparent to view the textured stainless steel below. The copper looks great in the sun. Since this metal sculpture is built out of stainless steel, corrosion will never be an issue. I have also built this piece with a 36" tall steel base for customers that needed more height.
