This is a new design for 2012. It is built entirely out of stainless steel and is unpainted. There are eleven precisely hand cut rectangular panels that are woven together. Each panel has a hand textured finish that is designed to capture light.

Each rectangular strip is welded to another and each weld is carefully hand ground and polished. The welded strips are then welded to a solid stainless steel frame that allow this sculpture to stand away from the wall about 1.75 inches. A wall hanger is included for easy hanging. When hung on the wall, the hanger is hidden.

A great feature of this design is that it can be hung horizontally or vertically. When ordering, please let me know which configuration will work best so I can weld the hanger in the correct location.

For a customized version of this design, color can be added. One or more of the strips can be painted or instead of the sweeping texture on the entire piece, straight line textured pieces could be mixed in. Multiple colors could also be used. Just let me know what you would like. For an example of a woven design with color, please see design 14S Custom.

The primary size for this design is 18 inches tall by 36 inches wide, in the horizontal configuration. Custom sizes can also be built and proportions can be changed. Just let me know what you would like and I will see what I can do.
