Additional Information: Age: 30 School: University of Georgia - Business Hobbies: Mountain biking, motorcycles - dirt bikes, backpacking, car restoration, metal fabrication. Georgia Metal Art: Georgia Metal Art is a one man operation. In addition to designing, building, and painting all of the pieces shown, I also do all the packing and shipping and answer the phone and emails. I also built this website and took all the photos. It is truly a labor of love. Fabrication Background: I started restoring cars when I was 14. My first project was my 1965 1/2 Ford Mustang. You can click on the photo below for more information. Building cars expanded into building a variety of other projects and eventually led to metal artwork in 2002. I use many of the same materials in my artwork that I use on my cars. When I am not building artwork I am building custom cars and custom off road truck parts. |
